Bomfy B. Covid-19 Return/Exchange Policy:

Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic we are temporarily pausing all returns and exchanges to protect our team and customers from coming into contact with any potentially contaminated products. If you have any questions before purchasing regarding our products please email us at info@bomfyb.com and we will be happy to help you. We care deeply about customer satisfaction, but your health and safety will always come first. Stay cozy and stay safe, we will get through this! You can review our standard return and exchange policies (These do not apply currently) below: 
   

Bomfy B. Standard Return Policy:

A full refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving the product. The Bomfy Blanket must be returned in its original condition in order receive a refund. A return shipping label will be provided via email and the shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount. If a promotion was received and only a portion of the order is returned the average price of the Bomfy Blanket with the promotion will be the return amount. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product. The Bomfy Blanket must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for an exchange. A return shipping label will be provided via email and the shipping cost of the return of the blanket as well as the shipment of the new one will be charged to the customer.

Free blankets received during a promotion are not eligible for exchange.
